The low-temperature cooling device comprises a helium refrigeration circuit connected with a helium compressor and a low-temperature refrigerator, and another helium refrigeration circuit connected with the helium compressor, a heat regenerator, an ejector, a low-temperature refrigerator cold head, a cold-requiring end and a pressure adjusting valve, wherein the low-temperature refrigerator is separated from the cold-requiring end; the low-temperature refrigerator and a low-temperature helium circulating cooling pipeline share one helium compressor, so that the utilization efficiency of the equipment is improved, and the cost is reduced; the ejector enables part of fluid to circulate in a low-temperature circuit, so that the required low-temperature condition is provided, the fluid pressure is increased, the gas amount flowing through a pipeline of the compressor is reduced, the work consumption of the compressor is reduced, the heat exchange loss and the flowing resistance loss can be reduced in the use of the system, and the heat exchange efficiency of the device is improved; and the ow-temperature refrigerator is separated from the cold-requiring end so that the influence of the vibration of the refrigerating machine on the cold-requiring end can be effectively reduced, and the balance of the cold-requiring end is kept.
