摘要:
Aiming at the problem of insufficient power performance of traditional pneumatic launch medium, it is propose to use CO2 as a new type of pneumatic launch medium. CO2 has a greater specific internal energy under the same thermal state, so it can theoretically release more expansion work. Based on the principles of conservation of mass and energy, a thermal model of launch with CO2 as the launch medium is established using the thermos-physical properties of real gas, and the impact of CO2 and air as launch medium on the launch performance is compared and analyzed using this model. The dynamic variation process of the medium state in the high and low pressure chamber and the motion parameters of the aircraft during the launch process are obtained. The results show that: the use of CO2 to launch an aircraft can achieve a higher launch speed and shorten the launch time, and the launch performance is better than that of air. In order to further study the launch performance of CO2 and its matching relationship with launch requirements, the effects of three thermal parameters (launch pressure, heating power, heating amount) and three structural parameters (volume of high pressure chamber, initial volume of low pressure chamber, valve area) on the launch process are obtained. This study verifies the new technology of CO2 for pneumatic launch and can provide theoretical guidance for its application.
