一种引射式冷能回收低温冷却装置,包括由氦气压缩机和低温制冷机连接的一个氦制冷回路,以及由氦气压缩机、回热器、引射器、低温制冷机冷头、需冷端和压力调节阀连接的另一氦制冷回路,低温制冷机与需冷端分隔开;低温制冷机与低温氦气循环冷却管路共用一个氦气压缩机,提高设备利用效率,降低成本支出;引射器使部分流体在低温回路中循环,提供所需要的低温条件,并且提升流体压力,减少流经压缩机管路的气量,降低压缩机耗功,在系统中的使用可以减少换热损失与流动阻力损失,提高装置的换热效率;将低温制冷机与需冷端分隔开可有效降低制冷机振动对需冷端的影响,保持需冷端的平衡性;本发明能够提供所需要的低温条件,并回收低温引射流体,结构简单,可提高设备的效率。
Abstract:
The invention discloses an injection type cold energy recovery low-temperature cooling device. The low-temperature cooling device comprises a helium refrigeration circuit connected with a helium compressor and a low-temperature refrigerator, and another helium refrigeration circuit connected with the helium compressor, a heat regenerator, an ejector, a low-temperature refrigerator cold head, a cold-requiring end and a pressure adjusting valve, wherein the low-temperature refrigerator is separated from the cold-requiring end; the low-temperature refrigerator and a low-temperature helium circulating cooling pipeline share one helium compressor, so that the utilization efficiency of the equipment is improved, and the cost is reduced; the ejector enables part of fluid to circulate in a low-temperature circuit, so that the required low-temperature condition is provided, the fluid pressure is increased, the gas amount flowing through a pipeline of the compressor is reduced, the work consumption of the compressor is reduced, the heat exchange loss and the flowing resistance loss can be reduced in the use of the system, and the heat exchange efficiency of the device is improved; and the ow-temperature refrigerator is separated from the cold-requiring end so that the influence of the vibration of the refrigerating machine on the cold-requiring end can be effectively reduced, and the balance of the cold-requiring end is kept. The injection type cold energy recovery low-temperature cooling device can provide the required low-temperature condition, a low-temperature driving fluid can be recycled, the structure is simple, and the efficiency of the equipment can be improved.
